1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing and using MensGear, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Accuracy of Information We attempt to be as accurate as possible when describing our products; however, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free, complete, or current.
3. Payments All payments are processed securely through Stripe (Credit Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay) and PayPal. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.
4. Shipping and Customs International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. These additional charges must be borne by the customer.
5. Governing Law These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy.

4. Spedizioni e Dogane Gli ordini internazionali potrebbero essere soggetti a dazi e tasse di importazione, riscossi una volta che la spedizione raggiunge il tuo paese. Tali costi aggiuntivi sono a carico del cliente.
